Oppo’s sub-brand, Realme is going to launch its upcoming smartphone Realme 3 in India. The Chinese-smartphone giant is launching the sequel/successor to Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro today. It is expected that the phone will be launched with a 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 SoC.
The company has itself confirmed that the mobile phone will feature a dual rear camera setup. As per the expectations, there would be a rear fingerprint sensor. It should come in two different variants, along with a diamond cut case. There are many rumors that Realme 3 Pro will also be launched.
It seems that the new smartphone series (3) will be launched to counter the new rivals from Xiaomi – the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro. These two were launched last week only.

Realme 3 specifications
It will be exclusively sold on Flipkart. A dedicated part on the leading e-commerce portal reveals about the Realme 3. It has taken a dig at the Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 by comparing Note 7’s 14nm Snapdragon 660 SoC with the new 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 SoC on Realme 3.
As per the microsite, R3 will come with a waterdrop-style notch on the display. The confirmed news says that it will house a big 4230 mAh battery which is bigger than 4000mAh battery present on the Redmi Note 7 that was launched last week.
If you haven’t seen the official teaser, it featured Realme 3 with a dual camera setup on the back side. There are expectations that it will have a fingerprint sensor on the rear side and should come with a diamond cut case. The speculations say that it will come with Bluetooth v4.2.
